These Terms & Conditions govern your use of WanderHER Travel’s website, services, and offerings. By accessing our website at https://wanderhertravel.com or booking a trip through WanderHER, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website or services.
Use of Our Website
This website and all materials contained within are owned or licensed by WanderHER Travel. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only. All text, visuals, copy, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of WanderHER Travel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
You may not:
Copy, publish, or redistribute any content from this site
Sell or sublicense content from WanderHER
Modify or create derivative works from our materials
Misrepresent your affiliation with WanderHER or imply endorsement without express permission

Comments & Community Use
We may offer community features (such as reviews or comment sections) on our site. While we do not pre-screen all submissions, we reserve the right to remove content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or in violation of our guidelines. Users are solely responsible for the content they post and affirm that they hold rights to all material submitted.
By submitting content, you grant WanderHER a non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, and adapt your submission across platforms as part of community engagement or promotional use.
Booking Terms
When booking a WanderHER experience, you agree to all policies set forth in our official Refunds, Returns, & Cancellation, Waitlist Policy, and any supplemental trip-specific terms.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Deposits may be transferred to future trips or converted to WanderHER Account Credit.
All trips must be paid in full no later than 90 days before the scheduled departure date.
For bookings made within 90 days of departure, the following policies apply:
Waitlisted travelers who are offered a spot have 48 hours to pay 30% of the trip total to confirm. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before departure, or on an accelerated schedule if fewer than 60 days remain.
Non-waitlisted travelers booking an available spot within 90 days must submit their 30% payment at the time of booking. The balance follows the same 60-day timeline unless otherwise noted

It is the responsibility of each traveler to understand and agree to the tiered refund structure, which outlines the percentage of refund and/or credit based on how far in advance a cancellation is submitted.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the WanderHER Concierge Team. The date of your written request determines your eligibility for refunds or credit.
Credits Issued by WanderHER
WanderHER offers two distinct types of credits—each with its own purpose and application.
Travel Credit
Travel Credit is issued to help offset transportation costs, typically when a traveler is located 150 miles or more from our designated departure point in Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW). The standard credit amount is $300 per traveler, and it can be applied to your WanderHER account or refunded after your trip concludes.
To be eligible:
You must submit flight confirmation, itinerary details, and a receipt to the Concierge Team prior to departure.
The credit is issued after documentation is reviewed and the trip is completed.
Travel Credit is not cashable, transferable, or redeemable outside of WanderHER-related services.
Account Credit
Account Credit is issued when a refund is not available under the cancellation policy, or when a traveler chooses to retain funds within the WanderHER ecosystem. Account Credit:
Does not expire
Can be used toward future trips, upgrades, concierge services, merchandise, or shipping
Is non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the Concierge Team
Is not eligible for conversion back to cash once issued
All credits are tied to your traveler profile and will appear as a payment option at checkout or may be applied by your Concierge upon request.
Travel Documentation
You are responsible for securing all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, and health-related entry requirements.
Your passport must have at least six months of validity beyond your return date for all international trips.
If a visa is required, WanderHER will inform you, but it is your responsibility to obtain it. We do not process visas on your behalf.
We recommend travelers carry photocopies or digital scans of all travel documents, keep physical documents in a water-resistant pouch, and store backups securely online.
We also suggest enrolling in the U.S. Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) for safety updates and embassy notifications.
Failure to provide valid travel documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, for which WanderHER is not liable.
Merchandise Terms
Returns and refunds for merchandise purchased on our website are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Items must be returned within 30 days, unused and in their original packaging.
Certain items, including personalized, hygiene-sensitive, and final sale products, are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Service & On-Trip Purchase Terms
Add-on experiences, excursions, upgrades, or services purchased while traveling with WanderHER are considered final and non-refundable unless a service is not delivered as described. If you experience an issue:
Contact your assigned Concierge immediately via phone (during the trip) or email (after your return).
Requests submitted within 7 days of the service or purchase are more likely to be eligible for partial resolution or credit, at WanderHER’s discretion.
All refunds or credits issued for on-trip purchases are case-dependent and subject to partner policies.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WanderHER disclaims all warranties related to the use of this website and its content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, real-time updates, or error-free functionality. While we aim to keep our information current and accurate, we do not guarantee completeness.
WanderHER is not liable for any damages resulting from use of this site, travel-related delays or disruptions, third-party vendor issues, or force majeure events. This includes loss of data, income, or any indirect damages, unless caused by gross negligence or fraud.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes related to the use of our website or services will be resolved under applicable local and federal laws.
Policy Revisions
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. By continuing to use the WanderHER website or services after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
