Standard vs. Premium – A Distinction in Arrival
The difference between Standard and Premium pricing lies in how you begin your journey.
Premium offers an elevated arrival experience, featuring private jet travel to and from your WanderHER destination. Simply pack your bags and arrive at the private terminal—we’ll handle every detail from there. All Premium departures originate from Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW). For those located 150+ miles from DFW, we include a $300 travel credit to help offset your transfer. For full details, please see the Travel Credit section.
Standard pricing allows you the flexibility to arrange your own travel to the starting point of your experience (as listed on Day 1 of the itinerary). From there, every in-country flight, transfer, and curated ground transport is fully covered—ensuring a seamless journey once the adventure begins.
Please note: Refunds are not available for missed connections or late arrivals. A two-hour grace window is included prior to major departures, but all travel adheres to strict local aviation regulations and transportation schedules. Timely arrival is essential to experience the full itinerary.

Rooming with Another Traveler
Absolutely—sharing a room with a fellow traveler is both welcomed and encouraged. After securing your booking, simply email our Concierge Team with the full name and email address of the traveler you'd like to share accommodations with. For groups of four or more, we recommend booking directly through your dedicated Concierge for a more streamlined experience.
To ensure privacy and consent, each traveler must submit this request individually with matching details.
Please note:
Each traveler must submit their initial deposit and follow the standard payment schedule to confirm their place.
Shared room accommodations will be finalized once all parties have paid in full.
Any remaining account credits after your arrangement is confirmed will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Every detail of your WanderHER journey is thoughtfully handled to ensure it’s seamless, indulgent, and uniquely yours. Truly, they can do just about everything… short of controlling the weather.
Your Concierge is your first call for anything you need—whether it’s refining your room setup (think A/C, heating, or pillow preferences), accommodating dietary or accessibility requests, or offering wellness and health-related support. They’ll also assist with pre-departure planning, personalized packing tips, exclusive experiences, spa reservations, room upgrades, and so much more.
Should you fall in love with the impeccable service of your Concierge, you’ll have the option to request them again for your future travels—subject to availability, of course.
This is more than service. It’s a signature touch of luxury, designed exclusively for you.
Travel Credit for Long-Distance Guests
If you’re located 150 miles or more from our primary departure hub in Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), a $300 travel credit is extended to support your journey to the start of your experience.

WanderHER Account Credit
Apply the $300 to your WanderHER account for future use—toward upcoming trips, curated merchandise, or select add-ons. This credit does not expire and can be used whenever you’re ready for your next adventure.Refund to Payment Method Listed on Your Account
Prefer a refund? You may request the credit be returned to your original payment method, processed within 10 business days after your trip concludes.
To activate your travel credit, please submit your flight confirmation, receipt, and itinerary to our Concierge Team prior to your departure. Credit eligibility is verified during booking, and disbursements are completed once your trip has ended and documentation is received.

WanderHER Waitlist Policy
Each WanderHER journey is intentionally intimate, with limited availability to preserve the magic of small-group experiences. Because demand often exceeds capacity, we offer a waitlist option for travelers who wish to be considered if a spot opens—or for future departures of the same experience. The policy outlined below ensures that the process remains fair, transparent, and aligned with our elevated standard of service.
Joining the Waitlist
To join a waitlist, a refundable deposit of $150 is required. This deposit reflects your genuine interest and holds your place in line for the selected trip or future departures. It can be refunded at any time upon request, rolled over to another waitlist, or applied as WanderHER Account Credit toward merchandise, concierge services, or upcoming travel. There is no expiration date on your credit.
Travelers may join waitlists for multiple trips at once. Should you accept a spot on one trip, your Concierge Team will remain in communication to ensure there are no conflicts or overlapping dates on your other waitlists. You will not be automatically removed from any list unless you request it.
If a Spot Becomes Available
If a spot opens on your desired trip, our Concierge Team will reach out to you immediately with the full trip itinerary and invoice, and you will have 48 hours to confirm and submit payment.
To reserve the spot, you will be required to pay 30% of the trip’s total cost within that 48-hour window. Your original $150 waitlist deposit will be applied toward this payment, and you will only be invoiced for the remaining balance of the 30%. The final balance of your trip must be paid in full within 60 days of securing your spot.
If no response is received within 48 hours, we will offer the opportunity to the next traveler on the waitlist. We do not issue reminders or hold extensions unless initiated by the Concierge Team.
Cancellations After Waitlist Acceptance
We understand that circumstances may shift. If you cancel your reservation within 7 business days of paying the 30%, you are entitled to a full refund of that payment. After 7 business days, the 30% becomes non-refundable but may be converted into WanderHER Account Credit for future use.
If you are unsure about your ability to commit to the trip, we encourage you to remain on the waitlist until you’re ready to move forward.
Future Opportunities
If a spot does not become available—or if the timing no longer works for you—your waitlist deposit remains valid. You may request to transfer it to another trip waitlist or apply it toward a future travel experience using the Cancellation Request. Our Concierge Team will gladly assist you in finding a trip that aligns with your style, schedule, and dreams.
Payment Plans & Due Dates
All WanderHER trips are eligible for a flexible payment plan. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to your scheduled departure.
Travelers who book early may take advantage of extended monthly installments, while those booking closer to departure may follow an accelerated payment schedule. Your Concierge will confirm your exact timeline and ensure your plan works smoothly with your trip goals.
Travel Insurance
While travel insurance is not required, it is strongly recommended. We encourage all WanderHER travelers to secure coverage for medical expenses, trip interruptions, cancellations, and luggage protection.
Many of our experiences include non-refundable components, and insurance offers peace of mind should your plans change unexpectedly. Travel insurance can be arranged through your Concierge Team for an additional fee—please note, WanderHER does not charge a service fee. What you pay goes entirely toward your selected insurance policy, with no markup or commission.

Passport & Visa Requirements
Yes, a valid passport is required for all international WanderHER experiences. Your passport must have at least six months of validity remaining beyond your return date.
Visa requirements vary by destination. While WanderHER does not provide visa processing services, we will inform you if a visa is required and offer general guidance. All travelers are responsible for securing and presenting the proper documentation for international travel.
A few helpful travel tips from our team:
Make a photocopy or digital scan of your passport, visa (if applicable), and travel insurance. Keep one copy in your luggage and one saved securely online (e.g., cloud storage or email).
If possible, carry a second form of government-issued ID in case your passport is lost or stolen.
Store your physical documents in a water-resistant pouch and carry them in your personal item, not your checked luggage.
We recommend registering with the U.S. STEP Program (Smart Traveler Enrollment Program) to receive embassy alerts while abroad.
